Endometriosis and Adenomyosis with Grace Jupp from MasterChef

Today I have my beautiful friend and fellow Masterchef buddy Grace Jupp on the show! You will remember Gracies beautiful smiling face and bubbly nature as well as her incredibly impressive skills in the kitchen. Behind Graces resilient and happy nature she has been experiencing a battle of her own with Adenomyosis which occurs when the tissue that normally lines the inside of the uterus (endometrium) begins to grow into the muscular wall of the uterus (myometrium). This leads to an enlargement and thickening of the uterus which can cause a range of symptoms. Today Grace is here to break this down for us and share her lived experience.
